“I have to take care of my clients; they know they
can count on me,” says Lori, who points to her high
volume of repeat customers from both locals and
non-locals.
Great care has been taken to ensure that a plush
yet comfortable space greets customers. Sanctuary
prides itself on taking customer service to the next
level by offering an attention to detail not found
elsewhere.
“I take customer service very seriously. We set up
every aspect the store with the need and comfort of
our customer in mind,” says Lori, who attributes her
understanding of premier customer service to the ten
years she spent as an airline attendant and to her love
of staying in world-class hotels when traveling.
Along with Garett, Lori personally oversees every
aspect of Sanctuary Clothing, from the highly sought-after clothing lines to the modern, inviting interior
space. Her attention to detail and creative nature are
apparent in the décor which includes white leather
walls, iconic panels, dark hardwood floors, contemporary furniture, logo projected lighting and an uber-cool pendant chandelier.
Some of the unique offerings at Sanctuary include
the fitting area which is located in a separated space
toward the back of the store. The spacious area has
seating, three-way mirrors and even buzzers within
the dressing rooms for those needing different sizes or
other assistance. Attention to attractive lighting, good
music and even a TV to watch for anyone waiting
gives the shopping experience a relaxed feel.
“So often women have to try on clothes in small
confined spaces and then walk out into a store for
all to see. We’ve designed a space where women can
come out of the dressing room and show off an item
without feeling self-conscious,” says Lori.
Among the premium services provided to
preferred customers is private shopping before opening and late after closing, with store manager Holly
Seagers, to accommodate those who may require
special attention or services. Seagers was previously
with Raspberry Rhino where she enjoyed a popular
following.
