The newest development coming from the Turnberry name is
Turnberry Harbour, located in
Destin. Currently, it is an 80-
acre residential development in
the early stages of a projected
eight- to ten-year multi-faceted
project, including several phases,
with plans to become a gated
community comprised of a two-,
three- and four-bedroom tower and
maisonette condominium residences.
The property will ultimately feature
a championship 18-hole Regatta Bay
Golf Course, which has been named
one of the top 15 golf courses in Florida
by Golf Digest Magazine, tennis courts
with a tennis pro, pro shop, clinics and
league tennis, a 40,000-square-foot private club house, full-service European
health spa and fitness center, marina
and gulf-front beach club, all of which
will be meticulously tended by highly
skilled, extensively trained and, when
necessary, a fully certified staff.
