Resort Interiors Completes
$100,000 Gift To Sacred Heart
Among the most highly anticipated tenants
has been P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. The innova-
tive restaurant boasts a loyal following and its
rumored arrival was much buzzed-about in the
community. The restaurant opened its doors
in mid-October 2007 and is packing in crowds
nightly.
The Tommy Bahama’s Tropical Caf_ & Em-
porium is only the 10th location of this exclusive
compound in the country. This 12,000 square foot
anchor store offers the unique combination of a
beautiful retail store along with a casually elegant
restaurant that is all under one roof. Diners can
also sit outside on the large exterior veranda
overlooking Grand Park, the public green space in
Grand Boulevard.
WC Wells heads up the restaurant division
of Tommy Bahama and he characterizes the new
location as a first-class resort and lifestyle destina-
tion.“It’s an ideal place where people can relax
and enjoy the two favorite things to do when on
holiday – eat and shop,” says Wells.
Cantina Laredo offers another dining option
and, as with the other restaurants in the Town
Center, there is the option to dine inside or on a
covered patio outside. Cantina Laredo also offers
beautiful views of Grand Park’s elegant water
fountain.
“The Grand Boulevard at Sandestin® location
has achieved the highest single week sales among
all locations,” says Bill Watson, vice-president
of marketing for Consolidated Restaurants
Companies, the parent company of Cantina Laredo.
“Grand Boulevard is exceeding our year one sales
target by 20 percent.”
