Ingredients:
4 oz. champagne,
1/2 oz. brandy, dash of
bitters dissolving sugar cube
Instructions: In flute or tulip
glass, pour 4 oz. of sparkling
wine or champagne, add a dash of bitters, a ½ oz. of Gran Marnier, and drop
a sugar cube in the glass to finish. Do not stir simply let the bubbles of the
champagne create an amalgamation of all the ingredients.
Sorbetto Limone & Vodka • San Gelato Café
(Vodka and Lemon Flavored Sorbet) Ingredients: Two melon scoops of Lemon
Sorbet (Limone Sorbetto,) Splash (one shot) of vodka, A sprig of mint.
Instructions: Mix and serve.

Ingredients: Licor 43,
2 oz. Half and Half, 1 oz.
Finest Call Simple syrup,
. 5 oz. Nellie & Joe’s Key
Lime Syrup , . 5 oz. Whip
Cream, 3 dollops.
Instructions: Shake well
and strain into a chilled
Honey Graham Cracker
rimmed Martini glass
and garnish with a thin
sliced lime wheel float.
Cantina Laredo • Café Flameado
Ingredients: 1 Maraschino Cherry, Granulated
Sugar, 151 Proof Rum, Fresh Ground
Cinnamon, Brandy, Kahlua Bailey’s Irish
Cream, Fresh Hot Coffee, Whipped Cream.
Instructions: Run Maraschino Cherry around
rim of an Irish Coffee Mug. Dip mug rim in
sugar. Pour ½ oz.. 151 proof rum into the
mug and light the rum. Add 1 – 2 shakes
cinnamon. Slowly rotate the mug so the flame
warms the mug and toasts the sugar. Continue
to rotate the mug until the rum burns out.
When rum has burned out, immediately add
equal amounts of Brandy, Kahlua and Bailey’s
Irish Cream. Top with Fresh, hot coffee, a
dollop of whipped cream and a cherry. Enjoy!

Romance Martini • Fleming’s Prime
Steakhouse & Wine Bar
Ingredients: 2 oz. Malibu Mango, . 5 oz. Blue Curaco,
1 oz. Pineapple, 1 oz. Sugar rim Lemon Twist.
Instructions: Mix first three ingredients and shake on
ice in a martini shaker. Pour in a champagne flute
that has a sugar rim and top with 1 oz. champagne
or sparkling wine. Place lemon twist on rim of
champagne flute. b
