Caprese Martini • Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Ingredients: 1 ea. Torn basil leaf 2”, 1.5 oz. Tomato Juice Muddle above ingredients. 1.5 oz. Belvedere Vodka, . 5 oz. Lemon Juice, . 5 oz. Lime Juice, . 25 oz. Simple Syrup. Instructions: Shake above ingredients with ice and strain into martini glass. Add two dashes of balsamic vinegar eduction in glass. Spear cherry tomato/ basil leaf and hang on inside rim.
Magic Mimosa

The Magic Mimosa recipe
can be used to make varied
quantities to serve singles or
large groups. Combine 6 parts
fresh squeezed orange juice,
3 part fresh squeezed lime
juice, and 1 part simple syrup
in a container to make “magic
mixture.” Fill champagne flute
2/3 brut champagne and 1/3
“magic mixture.” Garnish with
Strawberry. Stir with Tender
Loving Care.
Ingredients: 1 liter Tommy Bahama Golden
Sun® Rum, 6 liters apple cider, 3 cups dried
cranberries, 2 cups orange juice, 10 whole
cloves, 2 tsp. ground nutmeg, 5 star anise,
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon, ¼ tsp. all spice.
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in
a stock pan and . 5 liter Tommy Bahama
Golden Sun® Rum. Cook on medium heat for
1 hour. Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
Whisk in remaining Rum: Yields 20 cups.
Garnish with an orange twist.

Pour 4 oz. of dry
Champagne in the
glass. Add 1/2 oz. of
Razzamatz. Add 3/4 oz.
of peach schnapps. Add
a splash of cranberry
juice. Cocktail made by
