Sinfonia Gulf Coast’s 2008-09 season.
The third season of “symphony redefined” comes to life this fall headlined
by eight-time Grammy-winning song
stylist Natalie Cole. Ms. Cole will
appear with members of Sinfonia on
Wednesday, October 15th in a Gala
Season Opening Performance. Separate from the main season, this special
presentation will help raise funds for
Sinfonia’s educational initiatives and
programs throughout the community.
The daughter of America’s most
beloved balladeer will tug at your
heartstrings as she exchanges verses
with her father in the most beloved
ballad of them all “Unforgettable.”
Have no doubt that the rest of the
evening will be a musical homage to
great songwriters past and present.
The performance will begin at 7: 30
p.m. at the Emerald Coast Conference
Center on Okaloosa Island. Corporate
and special patron tables are available.

Mendelssohn’s vibrant “Concerto
for Violin in E minor, Op. 64,” the
Manhattan Piano Trio, pianist Daniel
Alfred Wachs, a Celtic Christmas
featuring nationally renowned Irish
Band Mithril and a stupendous presentation on loan from the Chicago
Symphony entitled “Beyond the
Score: Tchaikovsky Symphony no. 4:
Classical Music Exposed.”
New this season, and at the
