franchise and opened their first location
at Silver Sands. The franchise has now
expanded to additional locations in Panama
City and surrounding areas. Liz & Jane
Clothes and Ciao Bella Pizza are among
the many other local entrepreneurs whose
success originated at Silver Sands.

After 15 years, Howard’s vision is not
complete, as an additional 250,000 square
feet is ultimately planned for the center.
This year, Michael Kors opened and Sony
Factory Outlet celebrated the opening of its
first Florida location. In addition, three new
restaurants are scheduled to open this year:
Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Cheeseburger In
Paradise and Panera Bread.
